What can I do?

• Score any game within your league
  • You usually need to be assigned to a game in order to score it but as a league admin you can score any game within your league

Bulk imports

The ayrabo platform allows you to bulk import data to streamline managing your league. You also have the option to add divisions, games, etc one at a time by choosing Admin -> Select divisions, organizations, etc -> press Add

If you're just getting started you must import data in the following order:

1. Divisions
2. Organizations
3. Teams
4. Referees
5. Scorekeepers
6. Games / Players / Coaches (order does not matter here)

How do I bulk import divisions?

1. Navigate to the league home page
2. Select the Admin tab
3. Select Divisions
4. Press the Import button
5. Download and fill out the sample CSV

Referees are a generic term for referees/linesmen. Referees you import here can be used as game referees and/or linesmen.

1. Navigate to the league home page
2. Select the Admin tab

4. Press the Import button

   • At this time we only support importing 5,000 referees at a time

How do I set the league admins that receive a PDF export upon game completion?

How do I create a game?

1. Login
2. On the top of your screen select Leagues -> Choose your league
3. Select Admin
4. Choose Games from the dropdown
5. Press Add or Import

How do I start a game?

1. Login
2. On the top of your screen select Leagues -> Choose your league
3. Locate the game you would like to start by using the available filters
4. Press View
5. Set the players, remember to set a starting goalie
6. Set the coaches, you must add at least one coach per team
7. Set the referees, you must add at least one referee
8. Assign additional game scorekeepers (optional)
9. Create periods, you must create at least the 1st period but can always add additional periods during the game
10. Press Start Game
11. Acknowledge the note by pressing I Understand, Start Game
12. You can now take score!

How do I score a game?

The game events you input will be streamed live to anybody that is viewing the game!

(not including the scratch pad, that's solely for scorekeepers)

1. Start the game if it hasn't been started already
2. Set the active period, shots are tied to a given period so you must set an active period before adding/removing shots
3. Add/remove shots
4. Add/edit/remove goals (a shot will be added/edited/removed for you automatically)
5. Add/edit/remove penalties
6. Add/remove periods (OT1, etc)
7. Jot down additional information in the built-in scratch pad
8. When you are ready to complete the game ensure all periods and penalties are marked as Completed
9. Press Complete Game
10. Collect signatures
11. Press Complete Game
12. A PDF version of the scoresheet will be sent to the league and home/away team admins. Standings/stats throughout the platform will be updated automatically
13. An Export button will appear on the scoresheet if you would like to download a PDF copy for yourself

Only league admins can edit completed games. Reach out to your league admin or our support to make changes.

• Exported scoresheets contain an Exported timestamp for your convenience.
• Always use the most recent version of an exported scoresheet. League admins may make changes at any time and email out new versions.

How do I delete a game?

1. Login
2. On the top of your screen select Leagues -> Choose your league
3. Select Admin -> Games
4. Locate the game you would like to delete by using the available filters
5. Press the trash can
6. Confirm that you want to delete the game

You can't delete games that have been started, completed, not yet started but have rosters, coaches, etc set.

Do I need to score the game live?

No, you can choose to score the game live or with a paper scoresheet. If you choose a paper scoresheet you will need to input goals, penalties, etc into the platform when the game is over.

What if I lose internet while scoring a game?

The platform is resilient to internet loss but does require internet to function. If you lose internet while adding a goal, etc a red banner will show up notifying you that you are offline and any pending changes will be saved in your browser. Once internet is restored any pending changes will be sent to our servers.

Do not refresh the page after you come back online since it will take a few seconds to save pending changes.

Use the built-in scratch pad to keep track of game events while you are offline.

I'm a game scorekeeper for a game but I'm not scoring it, why don't I receive live updates?

If you are viewing a game/scoresheet and happen to be a game scorekeeper but aren't the one scoring you will not receive live updates.

You can simply log out of your account and navigate back to the specific game/scoresheet to receive live updates.
