My team roster has incorrect jersey numbers
All player and coach information was taken directly from the provided USA Hockey roster links.
If jersey numbers are incorrect then the provided USA Hockey roster links did not contain that information at the time the data was imported into ayrabo.

My team roster has incorrect positions (goalies, etc)
All player and coach information was taken directly from the provided USA Hockey roster links.

My team roster is missing players/coaches

My games are missing
- The LIAHL is only using ayrabo for LIAHL league games
- Double check that your game was entered into Horizon as a league game, if it was accidentally entered as an exhibition game that could be why it was never added to ayrabo
- Ensure the team you are playing is part of the LIAHL and games against that team count as LIAHL league games
- Schedule changes are constantly happening in Horizon, games will be imported into ayrabo on Wednesdays
- Horizon is checked 2x a day for additions/changes and those games are then added/updated in ayrabo

How do I make changes to a completed game
Completing a game locks the game and prevents updates, please reach out to our support or the league webmaster to make changes.
How do I handle suspensions
Do not add the player to the game roster. Note the team, player and serving game x of y on the scratch pad.
For example:
Glacial Blades - #44 Jon Doe - Serving game 1 of 2.
What if I'm unable to show the coach the scoresheet or get coach signatures
Try to grab the coach right after the handshake but if that's not possible include a note in the scratch pad that coach x of team y was unavailable after the game.
For example:
Coach Jon Doe from the Glacial Blades was unavailable after the game to review and sign the scoresheet.
